Kinga is IPPR's director of finance and operations.

She leads the finance team and has overall responsibility for all finance and operations related issues.

Prior to joining IPPR, Kinga had a brief appointment at Charcoalblue, a theatre design company as their finance manager, before which she worked in the charity sector for over 10 years. She was director of finance and operations at The Family Planning Association between 2012 and 2015.

Kinga is an ACCA qualified accountant and she has a BA (Hon) in accounting and finance from South Bank University.
