Sarah Mulley

Director of policy and politics

Sarah works across IPPR’s research and policy teams to ensure that our work has impact and leads to changes in policy and practice.

Sarah has a particular interest in migration and social policy, and has most recently been a consultant working with a range of think tanks, funders and civil society organisations. She was previously Executive Director for Communities & Skills at the Greater London Authority, a brief that included social policy, health, young people, civil society and adult education. Before that, Sarah was an Associate Director at IPPR, and led work on migration, communities, employment and family policy. She has also been a civil servant in central government, and worked in policy roles for international development NGOs.
